4-Week Beginner Sewing Worshop

Build your sewing skills with confidence in this 4-week summer workshop! Designed for beginners, this hands-on course takes you step by step from sewing machine basics to garment construction.

This structured course lays a solid foundation in sewing while encouraging creativity through engaging, hands-on projects.

✔ Seam finishes, zippers, hems, and elastic casings

Course Details:

• Theme: Blooming Flowers

• Duration: 4 weeks (Two days - 3-hour classes per week)

  • Classes start June 16

  • Ages 8 - 12 Mondays and Wednesdays 

  • Ages 13 -17 Tuesdays and Thursdays

• Location:  TBA - Jacksonville, FL

• Basic materials provided (students will provide fabric for special projects)

• Cost: $600 for 4 weeks 

  • Or $175 per week

• Additional Details: Students will need to bring a lunch or snack

• Students are welcomed to bring their own sewing machine

• Fashion Showcase at the end of program – students will show off what they have made.(more information will be provided during week 3)
